About the Author
J. Remington Crooks lives with his family near St. Louis, Missouri. He and his wife are longstanding members of their local church, where they have developed a deep and rich love for God's word. J. Remington holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary and loves helping people gain a fuller perspective of what God has revealed in the Bible. He is called upon often to teach and instruct Christians of various ages, and is one of a team of teachers responsible for leading junior high school students through the Westminster Shorter Catechism.
The goal in his teaching and writing is to make the Word of God accessible, breaking down complex concepts and making connections so that Christians may come to a place of mature understanding, solidly rooted in the Bible. He believes that the full hope for our world rests squarely upon the promises that God has made and demonstrated his commitment to in his Word.
J. Remington also holds undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, as well as a Masters in Engineering and Public Policy. He has been serving in industry for more than fifteen years, where he now holds a technical management position. Currently, much of his time involves the privileges and challenges of raising three young children in the fear and knowledge of God. Life, shall we say, is full.
To God alone be the glory.
